As a Quanglican (Quaker and Episcopalian) with training in interfaith spiritual direction and formation in Celtic Christian spirituality, I am prepared to be your companion as an anamchara. We can utilize the tools found in Twelve-Step programs, dream work, or the Experiment with Light meditation. Celtic Christian spirituality can be woven into various traditions and practices. Prayer, meditation, and contemplation are gateways to each new day. The ground for spiritual exploration is vast, and it would be my joy to be a companion on your journey.
